| Saturday saw the Vixens crossing the Puget Sound to do battle with the Rat City Rollergirls team, Derby Liberation Front. | ||

From the first jam on this bout was obviously going to be a fierce competition. The girls from DLF wasted no time letting the vixens know whose house this was as they laid on some terrific hits and kept pushing their jammers through the pack. | |

| Even with such stiff competition the SCRV All-Stars kept up their brand of derby style and gave out some spectacular hits of their own. Under the bright lights of the Rat City track the SCRV All-Stars shined. Hanging tough with one of the toughest teams around is no small task but the vixens held up through out the night. |

The action continued on as the two teams clashed. Although DLF put up an impressive amount of points to gain a comfortable lead the vixens weren't about to give up. In the sweltering heat of Hangar 30 none of the girls let the intensity drop off. | |

| Even with some great plays at the end of the bout DLF triumphed over the SCRV All-Stars. Although it was a tough bout and our girls took some lumps everyone was happy and in the end it was smiles and hugs all around! |
