Naughty Or Nice Bout

Last Friday the Slaughter County Roller Vixens suited up to do battle on the flat track once again. The weather outside was frightful, but the derby inside was delightful as the girls rocked the rink in Bremerton. This time the Terrormedixxx would be matched up against the Rat City Rollergirls while the Death Rattle Rollers would take on the Terminal City Rollergirls.

	First up was the Terrormedixxx vs the Rat City Rollergirls. From the first whistle on this one proved to be an epic struggle. Both teams got into their groove quickly and the rink was soon filled with the excitement of watching these two teams battle it out.

Each jam brought more spills and thrills as the two teams struggled for supremacy. Even as the fist period clock wound down the skaters continued to knock each other around the track in an effort to come out on top.

	During the halftime break the teams must have decided that the score needed to be much higher since the second period saw the score jump up in leaps and bounds. The bout quickly became an offensive battle as jammers could be seen racing around the track grabbing as many points as possible before taking a short break and then doing it all over again.

The Rat City girls took off with some fantastic jams pushing the score further in their favor as the bout continued on. Even as the closing minutes of the bout though the Terrormedixxx continued to keep the bar raised high as they scored some quick points of their own to close the gap. With the time at zero the final score was displayed though putting the Rat City Rollergirls on top 178 - 151.

That wasn't all of the action though! With one more bout of the night to go there was still more Christmas joy to spread through out the rink!


The second bout of the night featured the Death Rattle Rollers vs the Terminal City Rollergirls all the way from Canada. That's like a whole nother country!
	As the second bout started it was apparent that this one would be no less intense than the first as the two teams clashed on the flat track.

The girls from Canada made it pretty clear that they weren't about to make the trip down here for nothing as they displayed some great derby on the track. Never ones to back down from a challenge though the Death Rattle Rollers ramped up the energy level as well to deliver twice the action.
		"I got your stocking stuffer!"
	As the second period started both teams picked up right where they left off delivering bone jarring hits and lightning fast jams. If there were any tricks in the team's playbook they didn't hold them back as the conflict raged on.

With the time on the clock running down and the Death Rattle Rollers down in points the local girls gave it all they had. In the end though the Terminal City Rollergirls came up with the win 119 - 108.

The Slaughter County Roller Vixens send their derby love to the Rat City Rollergirls and the Terminal City Rollergirls who ventured into Kitsap county to do battle on the flat track.
